We’re a small team of Jerusalemites with a passion for craft beer, fine spirits, and community. For years, we’ve experimented, refined recipes, and dreamed of creating a place where locals and visitors could gather around high-quality brews inspired by the flavors, aromas, and stories of this ancient city.
What began as a tiny home-brewing hobby in a cramped Jerusalem kitchen has grown into a bold vision:

Every shekel from this crowdfunding round will go directly toward building a functioning, sustainable microbrewery and distillery in Jerusalem.
Here’s the breakdown:
1. Professional Equipment (Brewing + Distilling)
Fermenters, kettles, pumps, piping, mash tuns, cooling systems, stills—everything needed for consistent, high-quality production.
2. Initial Production Run
Ingredients, testing batches, bottling, labeling, and packaging for our first commercial release.
3. Space Preparation
Renovation, water treatment, electrical work, safety systems, drainage, flooring, and ventilation to meet industry and city standards.
4. Licensing & Compliance
Covering required certifications, legal processes, inspections, and permits unique to brewing and distilling in Jerusalem.
5. Brand Launch & Community Events
Tastings, open-brew days, and collaborative events to bring supporters into the heart of the brewery.

When will the brewery and distillery open?
Our target is to begin production shortly after the campaign concludes, pending final licensing and installation. Brewing and distilling are regulated processes, so timelines may shift—but we commit to keeping backers informed every step of the way.
Will you ship beer or spirits to backers?
Due to alcohol regulations, we may not be able to ship alcohol to all locations. Where shipping isn’t possible, we’ll offer alternative rewards such as merchandise, experiences, tastings, or on-site pickups—always clearly communicated in advance.
Are you licensed to brew and distill?
We are actively completing all required licensing and regulatory processes in Israel. This campaign helps fund the final stages needed to operate fully and legally.
